Samsung India today opened its largest exclusive experience store in the country, ushering in a new way consumers in India can experience an entire range of innovative devices and services that creates a ‘Connected Ecosystem’.
The store, located in South Extension, a premium high street marketplace in the National Capital, will be spread across 3,500 sq. ft., and introduce many firsts for an immersive experience for the consumers.
Consumers in India will, for the first time, experience the all-new 4D Chair that provides enthusiasts with an enhanced and truly life-like, immersive Gear VR experience. The 4D chair uses hydraulics mechanism that makes the chair move physically giving the consumer a life-like experience and mimicking the movements that are shown in the Gear VR. This will be the first store in the country to offer such an experience.
The new Samsung Exclusive Store will have a device unboxing and set-up area, which will offer personalized setup to consumers allowing them to ‘Walk out Working’ (WoW). The store will also offer an integrated service with pick up and drop, operator zones, and training workshops. The exclusive store aims to be a one-stop shop, which will fulfill all the mobility demands of consumers spanning across devices, wearables and accessories with affordable finance options.
“The store will set a new benchmark in terms of how consumers experience and buy Samsung products and technology. This store is a testimony to our commitment to our consumers and partners, and our endeavor is to offer an enhanced experience to everyone,” Mr. Sandeep Singh Arora, Vice President, Retail Operations & Marketing, Mobile Business, Samsung India, said.
Mobile devices, including the 2016 flagship Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge and the recently launched Galaxy Note7, will be made available at the all-new store. The store will also house the latest Gear VR, Wearables and Accessories, which will augment the device experience.
